Biography

            I'm Pam Edgington. I am a very dedicated REALTOR®. I enjoy helping people buy, list, and sell the homes they will be making memories in for many years to come. I have many different resources that help me in the search to find everyone their perfect home.

            In addition to finding homes for many people I also am very successful in listing and selling homes. I am a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) specialist. I am also certified in the Prudential Relocation Marketing Assistant Program; therefore I know the necessity of a minimal stress sale during the process of relocation. I have been helping people relocate to and from this area of Florida since 2007.

            I have been a REALTOR® both in Missouri and Florida. The real estate I have sold has been in the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, Shell Point in the panhandle of Florida, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Venice. I have been practicing the selling of real estate for over 10 years and I enjoy every minute of it.

            In 2001 I was top producer with Shell Point Realty, Inc. Then in 2008 and 2010 I also received the top producer award as part of the Honor Society in Prudential Realty, showing just how dedicated I am no matter where I am conducting real estate transactions. I am a PRIMA Agent of the Month Winner.

I have sold and showed homes and condos all over the Florida area and will be happy to show you any home listed for sale in the MLS.
